There are many great PDF platforms out there (peace and respect to all the fellow developers behind them!), and we truly appreciate their innovation. But I kept seeing people, especially job seekers working hard to send out applications and students panicking over final assignment deadlines, being held back by trivial things.

Driven by the wish to help, I eventually created Rekan PDF. True to its name ("rekan" means "buddy" or "partner" in Indonesian), I want this website to be a reliable companion you can count on anytime to solve your document problems.

Rekan PDF is an online PDF tools platform created and run from Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. It currently offers 20 tools you can use for free without creating an account, including Merge PDF, Compress PDF, Split PDF, Word to PDF, JPG ke PDF, OCR PDF, CV Maker, and Invoice Generator. Rekan PDF was built for the real needs of Indonesian users: job application files, CPNS and BUMN registration documents, university assignments, and small business administration.
Why Are Files Processed in Your Browser?
Most PDF tool sites require visitors to upload files to their servers, wait in a queue, and then download the result. Rekan PDF takes a different approach: all processing runs directly in your device's browser using modern web technology. Your files never leave your device, are not stored on any server, and cannot be seen by us.
