About the Organize PDF tool

The Organize PDF tool rearranges the page order within a single document. Use it when scanned pages come out flipped or out of order, for example pages 1, 3, 2, 4 because the paper was fed into the scanner incorrectly.

You drag each page card to the correct position, and the tool saves the document again with the new order.

How to use it

  1. Upload the PDF file whose pages are in the wrong order.
  2. Drag the page cards into the correct order.
  3. Click the Save button and wait for the process to finish.
  4. Download the PDF file with the pages neatly arranged.

Where are files processed?

All processing runs in your device's browser using JavaScript. Files are never uploaded to any server, so there is no queue and no upload waiting time.

File size limits

This tool does not set a file size limit. Large files use more memory and take longer to process, so devices with limited RAM may feel slow when handling files of hundreds of MB.

Security & privacy

Your file never leaves your device. There are no uploads to a server, no copies are stored, and no third party can read your document. Close the browser tab and no trace of the file remains on our side.

Does page content change when pages are reordered?
No. Only the page position moves, the content stays the same.
Can I also rotate pages that are tilted?
This tool focuses on page order. For tilted pages, fix the scan first before uploading.
Can this tool also delete pages?
To delete pages, use the Remove Pages tool, which is designed for that purpose.
What is the maximum number of pages that can be organized?
There is no limit. Documents with hundreds of pages can still be organized, and all previews are shown.
